We guarantee that your event will be the only one taking place on your scheduled weekend, allowing you to have full access to our venue! We've thought of everything, whether you're interested in using our yard games, including corn hole and giant jenga, or you want to use our space for your own flower arrangements. We have a walk-in cooler you're free to use to store your gorgeous bouquets! Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your event is unforgettable, and we strive to make your vision a reality.
In addition to our event spaces, we also offer a whole weekend package from Friday night through Sunday morning. Our on-site lodging can accommodate a minimum of 20 people, making it the perfect option for hosting multi-day events.

The property where Honey Pine Event Center sits is part of a long family history that spans generations. But it was not always the charming venue it is now. Over the last two decades, we have strived to restore and update much of the natural beauty and grounds, transforming it into the dream location it is today. Alan grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and his family frequently visited his aunt, who remained on the family farm. It is here he developed his love of the country, camping, nature, and Danville. Laura grew up in Wheeling, Wv, in a large, loving community and service-oriented family. In college at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, Alan and Laura first met and spent many dates at the farm, camping and fishing.
Alan, a teacher, and myself, a nurse, we always dreamed of returning to the farm to raise our children, and in 2009 we were able to realize our dream. We have run a successful Airbnb from our home, here on the farm, for six years with a superhost rating for all six years. Expanding upon our dreams, we have continued growing and building our business into a magical wedding venue destination for couples and other special events.
We live on the property and take great pride in our venue because it is our home. We are constantly looking for ways to build and improve our business together while offering a loving and welcoming atmosphere for weddings and other events. We pride ourselves in offering an all-inclusive, flexible, and relaxed environment for couples to bring their family and friends for an event as personal and special as they are!
